Individuals who demonstrate high culture and low results are offered skill-based training in an effort to improve results. Individuals who are low culture and high results are encouraged to grow in the culture area. Regardless of the results they are achieving, if they can't make improvements in the culture area they simply can't be a part of the team. We will not sacrifice our culture and the way we treat each other for high results.
