We've just moved into our new offices in San Clemente, California and couldn't be more comfortable. Although we take our work seriously, we don't take ourselves seriously and our new offices reflect our work style perfectly. We're casual - no suits, no ties, no big egos. Take on Stitch (who just happens to be our EVP of Business Development) in a game of Ping-Pong and the entire office will be rooting for you to beat him. Join members from every level of the organization in The Kitchen for lunch at our communal table or in The Living Room for a quick meeting. Our corporate office offers challenging career opportunities in the following key areas:
Business Development: The Business Development team identifies opportunities to grow the Evolution Hospitality portfolio of hotels by researching and collaborating with hotel owners that align with our company and its goals.
Finance: The Finance team provides central accounting services supporting accounts payable and payroll for the hotels. In addition, they produce the financial reporting for properties and owners, and protect our assets through internal controls and audits.
Operations: Our corporate Operations team works in collaboration with property teams to optimize the performance of our hotels. Driven by a servant leadership mentality, they are also responsible for supporting a positive associate environment, asset preservation, and infusing Evolution Hospitality's unique culture through to the hotel level.
Information Technology: Our IT department supports the technical needs of our associates by creating collaborative environments to enhance communication, improve project management and provide fast, efficient access - anywhere and anytime - to a myriad of business reports, tools and programs.
Marketing: The Marketing team serves as an in-house agency and provides portfolio hotels with branding, concepting, public relations, collateral, advertising and eCommerce support.
Human Resources: In collaboration with field Human Resources, the focus of the corporate HR team is to imagine new ways to "help our people realize their full potential." Company-wide programs and initiatives intended to facilitate great leadership and associate engagement take shape here.
Revenue Management: The Revenue Management team is responsible for controlling room rates and inventories to maximize sales. True business analysts, this group monitors market demand by creating and leveraging proprietary systems, reports and tools, and via a collaborative team approach, works in harmony with the front desk and sales team to proactively generate revenue and identify new business opportunities.
Sales: The corporate Sales team is responsible for building and inspiring the best hotel sales teams. They accomplish this through strategic deployment, a maniacal attention to sales activity, a balanced approach to positive tension and reward/recognition, and by providing the latest tools and channels to maximize proactive sales.
Business Analytics: The Business Analytics team designs, integrates and maintains sophisticated proprietary tools that streamline data and empower our associates to drive sales. In addition, this team operates a full-service call center that coordinates voice reservations for hotels not affiliated with a hotel brand like Marriott or Hilton.

Learning new skills from people I enjoy working alongside is really the best thing about being a part of the Evolution Hospitality corporate team.
