Just like people, hotels have a distinct personality. From small properties that attract visitors to Disneyland® to large group meeting locations, Evolution Hospitality's portfolio includes a variety of all types of hotels. To see a list of the hotels we manage click here. Our current portfolio is primarily based on the West Coast and clustered in key cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Anaheim, and San Diego. As an associate, this means you may have opportunities to grow within your current geographical location or consider other opportunities within the state. We also provide plenty of chances to show us what you can do. In addition to a very structured performance review process, our current growth provides opportunities to participate in hotel take-over and task force teams that assist onboarding new hotels to the portfolio.

All hotels have a housekeeping department responsible for providing guests with a clean and comfortable stay, an engineering staff that maintains the property, a front office team to check guests in and out, a sales team to source business, and a general manager responsible for making it all run. Larger hotels offer even more opportunities at on-property restaurants, bars, and spas, and within banquets, catering, marketing, reservations, and other departments. Although many jobs require specific knowledge and expertise, some positions require little more than a caring attitude, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn.
