Corporate Director/Revenue Management
Dana likes to live above the clouds, or far below the ocean. A thrill seeker, he is always up for an adventure. Whether it’s snowboarding, surfing, scuba diving, rock climbing or hiking, Dana loves a good challenge. It’s this determination that led him to hike two of the three tallest peaks in the contiguous United States. And it’s this type of never-give-up attitude that serves Dana so well at Evolution.
Whether it’s a physical challenge or a professional one, Dana approaches each task with the same conviction. From climbing summits to analyzing financial peaks and troughs, Dana says it’s the mental challenge that he loves most about his job. Graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Mathematics, Dana is a total numbers guy and can rattle off Pi to 15 decimal places. Despite his appreciation for action sports, Dana admits his biggest passion is his wife and two toddlers, which he hopes to pass on his love of the outdoors. When not working, seeking new outdoor adventures, or spending time with his kids, Dana somehow manages to find time to work on his yard and admits that one day he’d love to own a farm.
Dana’s lifestyle epitomizes Evolution’s “It’s not how we work, it’s how we live” mantra. But it's the Guiding Principle “None of us is as good as all of us” that resonates with him most. Dana believes that “a collaborative environment where you share a common purpose or goal, trust each other, listen, and communicate openly and effectively, is the only way for a team to truly reach its potential.”
